OC’s Vietnamese-American Community Will Petition The White House About Vietnam

Truc Ho is hoping to mobilize Vietnamese-Americans to get the White House to focus on the plight of human rights violations in Vietnam. More than 100,000 people have signed his petition. Dave Bryan reports
